The GPON ONT EG8145V5 profile is already created. So, in this article, we take Huawei EG8145V5 and Huawei MA5683T as examples to briefly introduce how to configure GPON ONT EG8145V5. Only when the channel between the Huawei OLT and the Huawei ONT is available, then the Huawei OLT can manage the Huawei ONT and the Huawei ONT can work in a normal state to serve the end user. As we all know, Huawei OLT MA5600T and MA5800 series provide services to end users through Huawei ONT ( HG8546M, EG8145V5 etc).
